entity Simon Developers and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., and a proposed residential
redevelopment project in Goregaon via associated entity Cunni Realty and Developers Pvt.
Ltd.
Beyond these, LRDL is actively pursuing land acquisition deals and expansion into the
warehousing/industrial space through notable in-process agreements in micro markets such
as Khopoli, Thane, and North Mumbai.

residential, commercial, and logistics sectors—all within an asset-light and capital-efficient
